Il cherchait de la nourriture. Je l'ai nourri de laitue et il a bien aimé cela.

Here we are with a few of our friends getting ready to do the Waterfalls in Republic Dominican.

This is in Luperon, Dominican Republic where we were anchored. Stayed there for a week. The island is quite lush and green. There was an aroma of tobacco in the air from the burning of the sugar cane after harvest.

However, Luperon is very poor and we now understand why the tourists who come here get sick with the tourista. The island lacks good sanitary conditions.

On the positive side, the cost of living here is very low compared to other islands.
